A l’image de beaucoup de gens, nous travaillions en costume et en tailleur, nous achetions occasionnellement un coffret de vins de Bordeaux et avions la chance de passer de merveilleuses vacances à visiter des régions viticoles. Le penchant de Jack pour les grands vins rouges, un abonnement à une revue des vins et une évolution considérable.

Like lots of people we had jobs that required suits, bought the odd case of Wine Society Bordeaux and were lucky enough to spend some fantastic holidays visiting wine regions. Then things just sort of escalated and became serious. Jack’s taste for big reds and a subscription to Decanter escalated rather impressively.
