Sunday, 23 March 2014. This month I was also working on my submission for TDAC's Glad party and I enjoyed working on the recipes! I had some great help from our local chef Jasna who is the head chef over at Velo Caffe restaurant and she does some mean stuff overthere! So thank you Jasna once again, you rock! Monday, 20 August 2012. Brodet alla nonna :). Here's my latest submission to TDAC called Brodet. It's a yummy treat for all the sea food lovers out there :). If you decide to make it one day let me know how you liked it and how it turned up.just remember, while cooking this amazing dish you NEVER stir but always SHAKE the pan! It's rule No.1 in making it! Tuesday, 30 October 2012. Hello all my wonderful friends and bloggers! I'm so happy to announce that my Hansel and Gretel illustration came 3rd in the 3rd Epicase Competition! My heartfelt congrats to the winner from Russia, indeed an amazing and complicated work-well done! How awesome and cool is that? When I reflect on how I've entered and expected really nothing out of it, and then to enter top 10 out of 1,214 works from all over the world, and now my work came 3rd-yeyieeee!
