Just another WordPress.com site. 自从看到了 意大利，美食之都 这行字以后，意大利之行就被 觅食 这一执念贯穿了始终。 第一天，曼图亚 Mantua,Mantoue)的南瓜饭(riso di zucca) 虽然微腻，但其米粒的颗粒感，南瓜拌汁的浓密口感仍然感动了我。 第二天的费拉拉 Ferrara, Ferrare 更是让人难以忘怀。 一说到火腿、香肠，大家脑海中不禁浮现出中国超市中可以买到的 泥肠 和 火腿肠 的图景，殊不知在欧洲，火腿，香肠却更似我们的腊肉。 主食一盘特色肉汁意粉 Tagliatelle Ragu) 和南瓜奶酪陷饺子(Cappellacci Zucca)让人大快朵颐。 出了餐馆，因为尚且有一点儿时间，我们又擎着Lonely Planet, 按图索骥地进了市中心广场的一家点心店 Leon d’Oro。 意大利点心店们最贴心的一点便是所有点心都设有大小号两种，于是我们便有机会一餐就品尝多种意式甜点，如这 疑似 圈面包Ciambella和隔壁貌似法国 mille feuille”的点心。 Or leave a trackback: Trackback URL.

Laquo; Disabled theater. 所有问题都可以归纳为体制问题，归纳为 中国特色 的体制问题，殊不知，这可能是更大的 体制 所必然导致的问题， 是一个不只是中国，所有国家都在某个时刻遇到的问题。 把自己 特色 化，在很大程度上就是把自己 孤独 化，往自己前行的道路上摆石头，把康庄大道堵成羊肠小道。 面对社会问题，自己总是旁观者清似的批判一通，但到自己身上的时候，却总是质疑 我是不是就是这么样的一个人 我的性格是不是就是不适合做这件事 就好像自己遇到的所有问题都是自己的 性格 导致的。 产生这种自我怀疑时，最经常得出的结论就是 我是不是本来就不是一个适合这个工作的人 一个人做一个工作时，最理想的状态不是热爱，并且乐在其中吗 为什么我却如此困难地前行，甚至每次都有困难进入工作状态。 我这个人，就是一个更加 世俗 的人，生来可能就不是一个世间的 隐士。 即便 我这个人 还没办法好好处理这个问题，这也是正常的，这也并不是因为 我这个人 的客观条件不允许解决问题。 Or leave a trackback: Trackback URL.
