Sunday, April 11, 2010. After weeks of training Michelle, Jessica, Mellisa and myself all participated in the Pear Blossom Run. Awhile back Jessica talked us into running the 10 mile race with her. So glad that we did! I never thought I would be able to run 2 miles.let alone 10! My goal for myself was to just keep running.not necessarily that fast but just to keep going. I did and finished in 1 hour and 37 minutes. Loved running with my friends and watching the other 1500 participants. And the winner is.

Sunday, December 27, 2009. Hope you all had a Merry Christmas. We had Alyssa's birthday party last Sunday and then what seemed like a week long of Christmas parties. Lots of fun and we feel so blessed to be able to see so many of our friends and family around the holidays. We got all of the Christmas decorations down today and even worked on cleaning and reorganizing the girls' rooms. Always such a project but it feels good to get everything put away. Monday, January 25, 2010. Aubrey was going to help me clean the bathrooms the other day. I told her I would be right there to help her get the cleaner. Apparently, I didn't come fast enough because when I got to the laundry room she had already climbed up the washer to get the cleaner out of the cupboard. The four of them didn't really want to help me make cookies but as soon as I asked them if they would like a spoonful of dough they were more than willing to help me eat it! I really want to do a recap of each month for the year 2010 and then fill in my book with special events. I still need to do a layout for the father/daughter dance. We got a few new digital kits so it should inspire me to be creative. So enjoyed the sunshine this weekend. Got in lots of outside time doing yard work. I am ready for springtime! Monday, May 17, 2010. It has been so many months since I've updated my blog that I thought I would put some highlights. I'm starting with the most recent. Lauren's dance recital is Saturday and Sunday so tonight was the dress rehearsal. Friday was Lauren's jog-a-thon. She ran 8 laps. Way to go! Lauren has been in soccer for the past month. She has been doing so much better. One game she scored 6 goals. Some of her teammates. Lauren loved the strawberry drink. I loved that it was all inclusive.

Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Destiny said her favorite thing about Christmas this year was spending time at aunt Melinda and Ernie's, opening gifts, playing games and spending time with family. Thanks Melinda for a great Christmas I know it was a lot of work. But it was awesome. I think I am getting this program.this one was so easy! Jacob had a great Chistmas.
