The CLRA provides CLRA members with training opportunities that are tailored to the Newfoundland and Labrador commercial and industrial construction industry. CLRA training opportunities are member driven, the CLRA determines courses to offer based on input received from its members. Membership is open to those persons engaged in the construction industry in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador as or on behalf of employers, or owners, or both. There is no initial joining fee over and above the per person hour worked contribution to the CLRA as required by the respective Collective Labour Agreements. The minimum annual employer industry fund contribution payable to the CLRA is four hundred dollars.
