Newer posts →. Coconut Lemon Yoghurt Bread. January 28, 2014. Looking for delicious ways to use my coconut flour, I came across this recipe from Wholefood Simply’s site. Which worked perfectly first time. It has a souffle sort of texture, and the lemon zest really makes it, so don’t leave it out! Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Line a small loaf tin with baking paper (mine is 20cm x 8cm). Combine the following in a medium bowl:. 1/2 cup coconut flour, sifted. Zest of one lemon. January 7, 2014.

Stuffed Mushrooms | Purple Sushi
https://sianwaller.wordpress.com/2012/03/14/stuffed-mushrooms
March 14, 2012. After I forgot to get meat out of the freezer, and forgot to pick up any on my way home, we were bound for a Meatless Monday! I used two Portobello mushrooms, removed the stalks and chopped them up to add to the stuffing. 1/2 onion, finely chopped. 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped. Stalks of the mushrooms, finely chopped. Drizzle of olive oil. 1/4 cup pinenuts (I used flaked almonds and a sprinkle of chia seeds). Add the nuts and toast for a further couple of minutes. Newer post →. You a...

Clubhouse, Rosebery - cocohealth
http://cocohealth.weebly.com/home/clubhouse-rosebery
I often struggle to find a restaurant that offers healthy and wholesome options on their dinner menu. Breakfast and lunch is easy - there are an abundance of cafes around Sydney that offer plenty of the kind of food that I like to eat when dining out. Dinner, however, is another story. So you can imagine my excitement when I stumbled across the dinner menu at Clubhouse in Rosebery, which to my delight was filled with an abundance of options that spoke straight to my heart (and stomach). And on the right ...

Delicious Cauliflower Rice | Purple Sushi
https://sianwaller.wordpress.com/2014/09/16/delicious-cauliflower-rice
September 16, 2014. I was skeptical at first as to how this would turn out, however I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be making it more often. Blitz a whole lot of cauliflower (half to 3/4 of a medium one) in a food processor and keep it in a container in the fridge to use throughout the week in other dishes such as tabouleh. Here’s my step by step guide for the rest:. 1) Scramble 3 eggs. In a large hot pan with a little butter, set aside and cut into chunks. 2) Fry 1 onion. Newer post →.
