Club Sake dragon boat teams practice regularly all year long. Below is the summer schedule effective April 1. All paddlers should report to practice 15 minutes prior to the practice start time for outfitting, warm-ups, and seat assignments. Practices are held at Leschi Marina at the South Dock. Click here. If you’ve never been on the water in a dragon boat, you are in for a good time. To help you enjoy your experience, we recommend the following for your first practice. What should I wear and bring to practice? Wear weather appropriate clothing and preferably clothing that can get wet, cotton is not recommended. Wear shoes that will protect your toes and have good grip on slippery or wet surfaces. Bring a bottle of water. Bring a change of dry clothes and perhaps a towel. Bring your sense of adventure!
