Join 406 other followers. Continuing down the Ngöndro path. Now that my health has finally started to improve after many months of illness, I am more able to apply myself to Dharma activities again. I saw my lama a few days ago and he gave me the reading transmission to perform the Ngöndro. Is definitely physically demanding!
