When do I need to start looking for a student house? You need to be thinking about it before Christmas for the next academic year even though it’s months away. As soon as you get back from the Christmas break you need to form a group and start viewing houses. If you leave too late all the good houses will be gone. January is the key month for you so don’t bury your head! Do I need to form a group? What if I haven’t started university yet and I don’t know anyone? What do I do if I find a house I like?
