July 12, 2016. I’m back finally! I have had a lot going on in my personal life for awhile. To start off I have had generalized anxiety for about 7 years. Well in the recent months, I had a particular panic attack that scared me in a very real way. So I made appointments that day with a new psychiatrist and therapist, which was a huge step for me, I had only seen my family doctor about my anxiety before. There is a huge stigma. Bipolar Type 1 involves severe mood swings that range from mania to depression.
