Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Colic, how to tackle it? It has been very Loonnnggg time since I last log in. Truthfully speaking, being a new mother, it is a 24-7 job. Thus, my time to blog. Learning new things while coping with lack of sleep. One of the most difficult thing to deal with is Baby having Colic, which baby will cry histerically and it's difficult to calm her. Tuesday, March 17, 2009. Water retention during my third trimester. Starting Week 32, I could feel my feet. Are a little bloated. Especially when coming out from bed! My shoes are tighter now. Few days later, my hands. Start to bloat too. Could feel it more when I am trying to clench my fist. Guess this is what they call the wonder of water retention. Advice from experts to deal with water retention:-. Or elevate your feet regularly. Will help. Do yoga, swim or walking. Drink as much water as possible.
