We got to see mustangs, beetles, impalas, cougars, sting rays and other cars with cool animal names. one nice man even let me sit in his hot rod. dad told me not to touch ANYTHING. i couldn't find the keys, but i almost got it into neutral before dad stopped me. Dad says i am too young to drive and that i need to practice on something smaller first, so he helped me turn this cardboard box. Which lasted for about 10 minutes. Saturday, June 27, 2009.

Wednesday, May 20, 2009. I think we moved recently. i have no idea where we are other than the fact that they put a bunch of clothes in aunt lindsay’s car one morning and we drove for three days and now I can’t see the mountains. we drove a long way and even got to stay in a hotel. one hotel had a buf-fa-low in the lobby. he stood really still. Our new apartment is awesome. there is less furniture and more room to run around. I wonder when the rest of our stuff will get here. Hi, i’m the c-monster.

Saturday, May 23, 2009. Today we went to the zoo. i liked it because i got to see big animals. dad said he liked it because it was free. mom and dad wouldn't let me get a plastic animal. bummer. i did get to ride on a couple of rides though. that was fun. i rode in a magic carpet, a car, and a firetruck. We also saw some animals, including lions, tigers, but not bears, oh my! It was fun. on the way home we passed donald's but mom said maybe next time. bummer. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Monday, June 8, 2009. Sunday we went to church late. later than normal. we met a nice man in the parking lot. he was tall. he said hello and i showed him my thomas train. With a big smile he said: “i can see where your interests are.” i didn’t know him but my parents seemed to know who he was. I can’t remember his name. Something like “l-dar perry”…not sure. The meeting was long. i was good though and didn’t get crayon on dad’s shirt like last week. f. We passed donald’s on the way home. Love, Grandma B.

I played on the playground while mom and dad ate big matts. i played with all my new friends there. i sat next to a girl. i don't think she wanted me to sit by here because she kept moving around. Life is a highway

Life is a highway. July 19, 2013. This post was written last summer while writing my PhD thesis. Not sure how it never got published….ahhh the memories :). This is my cave the past three weeks, and for the next month. I’m just writing writing writing! I have to write my thesis dissertation on basically everything I’ve done the past four years.
