http://letsconsiderachangeofscenery.blogspot.com/2010/08/what-i-really-really-wantstrike-two.html
Sunday, 1 August 2010. What I really really want.strike two. New Mulberry AW collection. Whoop de la fruit! As a working class girl I was never lucky enough to be given the traditional 18th Birthday it-bag pressie from mother so I’ve always said that once I got a job with a salary I’d exchange my first instalment for a Bayswater. Is my motivation for tuesday. 1 August 2010 at 13:44. Http:/ neovecchiostile.blogspot.com. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Somewhere., United Kingdom. Shy girls (part X).

Jess Loves Looms: September 2009
http://jess-loves-looms.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 30 September 2009. Suddenly everything became quite busy and hectic. I've been sitting down knitting for much of the day, a resting day, if you will. I'm moving in to my new flat at the weekend. I'm also getting my self into gear, ready to start my third and final year at uni. I also have a small list of things to do, such as finishing my sock and getting used to riding my bike, it's been nearly 10 years since I last owned one! Just something visual quickly. Jess Loves Looms: October 2009

Monday, 26 October 2009. Feathers and Feathers and Feathers. The word is starting to lose all meaning. Last night I made some paper feathers inspired by these:. By Alicia Lynn I found them on her etsy shop, but here is her blog which is more up-to-date (I think! I love her drawing style, *sigh* I'm jealous of her skills. And so, yet more dreadful quality photographs. How I wish I had a camera. Links to this post. Sunday, 25 October 2009. Feathers and Extra Hours. Here are a few (awful, phone camera quali...

Jess Loves Looms: June 2010
http://jess-loves-looms.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 29 June 2010. The Long Awaited Loom. Yes, I finally got my hands on one. I needs alot of 'doing up'.sanding, varnishing, new screws etc. but should be up and runnning in a few weeks! Picture isn't that great, mostly because it's in two bits (and by the end of today, in even more bits). I can't wait to get weaving on it! But for now, back to my little bird brooches, pictures of which shall be here later I assume. Links to this post. Monday, 21 June 2010. Ernesto Neto - The Edges of the World.

http://jess-loves-looms.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Friday, 26 February 2010. A few photo's of my favourite peices that I have created so far. Dip-dyeing my yarns (red and white onion skin and turmeric). Hanging them up to dry. beautiful colours. Mossy bobble sample from my first warp. Evenly spaced loops of rope. Warp number two.ready to go! Twisted rope from warp two. Close up front. This was perhaps my favourite peice that I did this week, I'm dying to try it out with much larger rope. Third warp.creeping vine ropes. Links to this post. And laughed at ...

Jess Loves Looms: August 2010
http://jess-loves-looms.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 17 August 2010. This has been the most hectic month. A holiday in Croatia, birthday party, as well as visiting london and generally organising my life. But, I'm back and on the creative warpath.trying to knit at least 5 pairs of socks and a cardigan, fix my loom and get weaving and find a job. We've a craft fair coming up in November. Pretty Young Things. Anyway, enough of the life story, I need to get back on with my socks! Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Friday, 14 May 2010. Featuring in this post: Tottenham Court Road's emergency stairs (my favourite part of the London Underground) and some amazing rock formations from the geology section of the Natural History Museum. I need to remember to write things down, I can't remember any of these elements/rocks. Links to this post. First in a two part post. I've been so busy, but as I've worked extra hard this week, I'm allowing myself an evening of down-time. Links to this post. Thursday, 6 May 2010.

Jess Loves Looms: December 2009
http://jess-loves-looms.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Friday, 11 December 2009. I've been so horrendously busy these past few weeks. Just handed in my first (and penultimate) project of my final year. I am relieved, but sad. Though incredibly excited for January/February and the project I have planned, if I pull this off, then I'll be so pleased. I have a whole host of images to post from a recent trip to Oxford. I'll have to do it tonight when I'm safely tucked up by the fire. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
