I like to do the cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach, and weights in the evening. Okay, so I have to warn you - this drink was SOUR! I had to put about 4 packets of Stevia in it just to be able to drink it! So, I adjusted the recipe a little, and hopefully it won't be as sour. :). 2 cups water mixed with 1 Crystal Light lemonade pkt. 1 scoop Tropical Strawberry Shakeology. They turned out really cute, and apparently they were delicious, too. :). Here is what you need:. 1 pkg chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate). Carefully push the pretzel rods into the center of the marshmallows until they almost poke through, then lift up slightly so they are secure. I set them in a cup and put it in the fridge until the chocolate was set. I am so excited!
