Sunday, March 21, 2010. Ok – here it is Saturday and I’ve been doing this for 3 days now… Do I feel any different? I have notice a slight diminish in my nightly cold sweats, definitely feel more alert or awake, and feel I am able to focus and concentrate better - which I like - Now onto Cacao…. Now that others will be watching maybe I will push myself a little harder. Was it worth my efforts - Oh Ya! So after 1 full week of consistently eating clean and working out, and mind you - I did have a couple of cheats. here are my results. Weight 130 - down 2 lbs!
