Miércoles, 29 de abril de 2015. Este pasado fin de semana ha ido de competiciones, el sábado participamos de apoyo en el agua en el Trihércules. Pero el domingo tocó sudar. Se celebró el Trail Hormiga. En Vejer. Una prueba corta (21 km) y con poco desnivel, que me venía bien para retomar las carreras de montaña.
