Saturday, April 30, 2011. Today we planted 200 strawberries. Here is the strawberry plot before we planted. Emma came over and helped. She worked so hard. Thanks Emma! To plant strawberries, you first dig a little hole 1ft. apart. Then, you take the plant and spread the roots out like a fan. Next we put compost on the plant and cover it back up. Monday, April 4, 2011. On Friday we received 80 baby chicks. Daniel built a really nice brooder for them that is insulated very well. Wednesday, March 5, 2014. Don't even have a title to describe these cray cray months. Well I'll jump right to the exciting part. My brother got engaged! He popped the question on New Years Eve. The phone call was the best phone call I've ever heard. They're a pretty cute couple if I do say so myself. It's all happened very quickly. It feels like just a few days have gone by. But it's really been a few months. Just two weeks from this Saturday until the wedding! Delaney and Erin Claire. I kinda like her.

Wednesday, December 19, 2012. Yesterday two of my best friends, along with my sister, and mom went out to Nashville for the day to celebrate my birthday! We had all kinds of fun. It started out with ear piercing at Claire's. Yes, my dear friend and I were pinching my arm, but it really didn't do any good. After Claire's, we headed over to my favorite jewelry store, Charming Charlie! We were pretty successful in finding stuff. ;). And then we finally got to try frozen yogurt at Sweet CeCe's!

Monday, December 2, 2013. November 1st, we celebrated Daniel's 20th birthday. The next day, we started our Reformation Day at our church. Some brave people stayed up all night Friday to roast a pig for Saturday's dinner. Jana, Anna, and Camille. We first had a lecture on worship, then headed out to the pasture to play a game organized by Mr. Bradshaw. The idea was to burn the tick on the post as fast as possible. Then we had a skeet shooting contest. Some of my favorites! Mariah, Abi, and Willa. :).
