Sunday, July 22, 2012. Family Reunion in Boise. My mom hosted an amazing family reunion for the Rasmussen family. The theme was Olympics. Each family was responsible to make a flag. We sang the Olympic song for the opening ceremonies, then played lots of games. After swimming in the afternoon (I got a HORRIBLE sunburn), we had a family lip sync. It was fun. Hiding in the shade. It was super sunny and hot! We all crammed ourselves into the shade. Kids were crawling in the tree. Again, hiding in the shade.

Saturday, August 15, 2015. I just wrote a post about the Mother's Day Assembly on the other blog. Go HERE. I am not great at taking photos. I always forget to bring my camera with me, and the few photos I do take aren't great quality. As much as I would love to be able to capture the wonderful moments that I'm having here in Thailand, it's probably not going to happen. Sorry. It isn't always pretty, but it's honest. Sunday, April 3, 2011. Tomorrow I start my new job. I am nervous, Jim is excited. This is the first job I have had outside of the sporting goods industry since 1997. Eeek. Jim is pretty sure I will love it once I start. His main point is that I will have adult conversation. I will tell you that Aidan and I have had some pretty great conversations. The thing I'm most nervous about is how to dress! Silly but I've worn jeans to work for nearly 15 years!

Aidan and I went to a Bee's game in May and loved it. This was part of Jim's Birthday present too. I will admit that my real goal was to see hottie Huston Street but he wasn't pitching. Boooo. It isn't always pretty, but it's honest. Monday, February 14, 2011. Jim and I exchanged "gifts" last night. We had decided since he was gone so much that we would celebrate when he got home at the end of the month but, like always, he broke his promise! I gave him a card and he gave me a beautiful necklace and earring set. I cannot believe how much I love this man. We have been together for 4 years and I can't image anyone I would rather be with. He is my favorite person and best friend! Me and my storey.

Sunday, June 16, 2013. This is the only photo from today. Enjoy! June 15- Wat Phra Kaew. I spent the morning at Wat Phra Kaew. If you ever come to Bangkok, this is one place you can't miss. It is absolutely beautiful! On the Chao Praya River. Red face. Sweat everywhere. So hot! I don't know why bathroom signs fascinate me so much. Squat toilets are actually wonderful.
