For those of you that don't know a few years ago in a bad ice storm a large chunk of our tree fell and over time it has just been getting worse and worse. This past week Shannon heard a pop sound and looked up and saw a crack starting that was endangering our neighbors house. Sunday, June 07, 2009. Tuesday, June 10, 2008. We had such a great time at Ramiah's birthday. She really enjoyed her cake. It took her a little while to know it was okay to just dig in and eat all she wanted, but then she did and we ended up cutting her off. It all turned out fine and we stayed safe, but it did make for a memory. On the info site they have a place to enter your height and weight, so they can give you a free evaluation. The evaluation said that a healthy weight range for me would be 128.9-173.6.
