Asar las verduras durante unos 40 o 45 minutos(Según hornos)Pinchar las verduras para saber si ya están hechas. Cuando estén hechas dejar enfriar y quitar la piel a todo. Echar en una fuente o bandeja y trocear. Condimentar con sal, ajo, perejil y aceite. Dejar reposar en la nevera y servir preferiblemente fresca.

Antes de empezar quiero comentar que estoy investigando en la mezcla y proporciones de diferentes harinas para lograr el pan "perfecto". En este caso mi intención ha sido conseguir un pan tipo hogaza con miga densa, buena corteza y sabor "a pueblo". 250 gr. de almidón de maíz (MAIZENA). 40 gr de harina de trigo sarraceno.
