Thursday, August 25, 2005. Cooper Peddy and Roxby Downs Trip. We headed off for the 10 hour trip to Cooper Peddy with Judy. The scenery was amazing changing dramatically. We left at 5 in the morning arriving at 3pm. We found a gorgeous B&B for the two days we were there. Check out the photos, unfortunately we did not find my special opal, oh well. We enjoyed the trip and thought it was well worth doing taking us inland and reminding us that Australia is a very diverse land. Assorted Photos of Cooper Peddy.

Sunday, November 20, 2005. Arrived at Apollo Bay. We anticipated a 20 hour trip to Apollo Bay and we had to time it right so as to leave Port Fairy on a high tide and arrive at Apollo Bay on a high tide and in light. All three yachts are tied up on the itinerant wharf. Monday, January 02, 2012. Phuket - Christmas/New Year 2011. New Year is was all happening they just put boxes on the road, lit them then 9 big fireworks went off one at a time. They were just as big as the ones in Perth and the box cost 150.00 AUD or 4500 baht. I took Mark Johnston to Patong on the 30th but we left there around 12 and headed back to the unit. caught a Tut tut there 500 Baht and a tut tut back 500 Baht, I could not get it for the price you got 350 Baht so you got a good price that time.
