Les articles de presse. C’était un personnage pagnolesque, les copains, les niçois venaient le voir au cabanon et Coco leur faisait griller du poisson accompagné de rosé. Il commençait à avoir un certain succès pour les grillades de poissons et appela son cabanon « Les Mouettes » . Les marins disaient « let’s go to Coco Beach! Jean-Baptiste Coco est même entré par hasard dans l’histoire de Nice puisque aujourd’hui les niçois disent Coco-Beach en parlant du quartier.
