Another problem with this brochure is the WSP's repeated use of the term "approved" in regards to FMVSS-218 compliant helmets. There is no such thing as a "DOT approved" helmet. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration does not "approve" helmets. So, basically, when the WSP refers to a "novelty helmet", they mean something like this.

Get a binder, dividers for enough of your students and print the. Place a set of assessment pages behind the divider of each student. As you test each student, mark the words missed by highlighting the word. Count up the number of words missed, average the words and decide if the level was past. If so, give the student the next word cards.
