Sunday, August 28, 2005. Finally someone has done it. I always joked about these things.and here's a kid from the UK who has finally done it! Peter Ash of Somerset has invented a hamster-powered phone charger. By connected his pet hamster's exercise wheel to a set of gears and a turbine that provides juice for his mobile phone. Apparently he gets 30 min of talk time for every 2 min Elvis spends on the wheel. Brilliant! Posted by Laura at 8:50 PM. Thursday, August 25, 2005. Springboks post another win.
