Code, rhymes, and life. The law is the law but…. It sure seems like an odd case to be hyped about. The verdict of this trial, or the fact that the laws and legal climate in the US are so out of wack that neighborhood vigilantes can start fights with kids walking around in their neighborhood, makes me really ashamed. I’m ashamed at anyone celebrating this verdict as well. Maybe Zimmerman should not have been convicted and this was a fair result, but this is hardly a cause worth celebrating. July 17, 2013.

One Day At A Time. My Road To Transformation. Since I’ve been on a lot of diets in the past, I’ve come to learn what works for me and what doesn’t. For the purposes of this blog (at least right now), I’m going to be following the Slow Carb diet as outlined in The Four Hour Body. By Timothy Ferriss. You’re basically allowed to eat as much lean protein, legumes, and veggies as you could possibly want. No counting calories (which is great, because I’m lazy and bad with math). Some cardio, occaisionally.
