When nick left for work this morning it was like 23 degrees out! Yikes When we left for church it had gotten up to 40. COLD! I dread going to church by myself! I guess we should have all gone at 6:00 in the morning so that we could have gone with them! This is a picture of Gene and Kailee at the top and overlooking the Utah Valley. Wednesday, May 27, 2009. This is my first son-in-law, Kenneth Trace Porter. There is nary a dull moment when he's around! While we were in Utah, we decided to take Brody to the dinosaur museum. It was lot of fun and there was so much to see there. After we finished looking at all the exhibits, we decided to go to the 3-D movie about dinosaurs. He: "Where's your ticket? Me: "I don't have it. The group I was with already went in and they have my ticket.". He: "Well, you can't go in without a ticket.".

Sunday, May 31, 2009. Tamra and Jim were nice enough to meet us up on the BYU Campus on Memorial Day to take some pictures of our family. We have had 3 more grandkids since our last family picture was taken, so I figured it was time for a new one. Gene wanted a picture with just us and the grandkids- there is a lady sitting on a bench right behind us. She wouldn't move for anything. haha! And there she is! Sunday, May 31, 2009. Other than the gray-haired lady, this is a pretty cute picture of our newest grandson. He was SO sleepy yesterday- he had about a 3-hour nap, woke up and ate, then went right back to sleep. We couldn't wake him up for ANYTHING! Believe me, we tried!
