Lainie's grandma Poulsen died last Tuesday, (it was somewhat expected and for the best) but still difficult to see. We spent nearly the entire week together with our family and friends. Cody's ankle is slowly but surely getting better, he starts school again tomorrow and has been working all sorts of over time, which of course makes me miss him, but I'm grateful he's willing to work hard so we can be financially ready when the baby gets here. My brother is in town with his family, so we took their daughter Kyla to the park also. Kyla didn't love the swing too much if you went too high or fast, but Kaitlyn seemed to enjoy it. That night we went out to dinner with Cody's godmother and stayed at her beautiful apartment. She had a lot of wonderful stories from her childhood, about Cody's parents when they were young, and about Cody's younger years. More as we make our way back to Mexico and up towards Tahoe!
