Since Carter is soooo tall for only being 2 months old, we're going to get him started in basketball early. So far, the soccor rattle is his favorite. Cody and Carter on Easter. Sunday, March 22, 2009. Sleeping Baby. Isn't he soo cute? Check out that wild hair! Baby Carter is finally here. Me and baby Carter in front of Elvis' House in Tennessee! The view from the top of Coba. And this is right before I got sick! We walked through the mayan ruins, and climbed Coba. After we got down, it was a hike out to the tour bus. I didn't make it. I got sick on the side of the trail, and luckily a mayan guy on a bike gave me a ride back to the bus. Our one day at the beach.

What’s for dinner? January 12, 2017. This is a really easy but fancy shrimp dish in the Instant Pot. It was barely enough for our family so I’m going to experiment with doubling the rice/liquid next time. Frozen wild caught shrimp, 16-20 count. Shell and tail on. Sea salt (real salt). Parmesan, romano or asiago. Combine all ingredients in your pressure cooker, layering the frozen-shell-on-shrimp on the top. Secure lid and cook under pressure (high if you have a choice) for 5 minutes. January 3, 2017.

Friday, May 20, 2011. We are going to have a baby today! I rested for the next few hours and around 3:00 I started feeling pressure.
