Coffee Eggnog

1/4 cup ground coffee, any variety. 1/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg. 2-1/2 cups cold water. 1 cup eggnog, warmed. 1/2 cup thawed whipped topping. Place coffee in the coffee maker, sprinkle with nutmeg. Place sugar in the empty pot of coffee maker. Brew the coffee. When brewing is complete, stir in eggnog. Pour into 4 cups, top with whipped topping and serve. 1 pint milk, cold. 1 pint coffee, cold. 1/2 cup boiling water. 4 teaspoons French Vanilla Café. 1/2 cup hot eggnog or milk. Ground nutmeg for serving.
Iced Cappuccino

1 envelope cappuccino, any flavor. 1/4 cup hot water. 1/4 cup cold water. Dissolve cappuccino mix in hot water in tall glass. Stir in cold water. Serve over ice cubes in tall glass. For something extra, top with a small scoop of coffee, cappuccino or vanilla ice cream. 2 cups cold milk. 1 package of 4-serving size Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding. 1/2 cup Suisse Mocha Café. 8 oz whipped topping, thawed. A frothy, iced cappuccino style drink, using instant coffee crystals. 1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals.

3/4 cup scalded milk. 4 teaspoons Café Francais. 4 teaspoons caramel ice cream topping, divided. 2 tablespoons thawed whipped topping. Add milk gradually to flavored coffee mix in a mug, stirring until dissolved. Stir in 3 teaspoons caramel topping until well blended. Top with whipped topping and the remaining caramel topping. Serve immediately. 5 parts hot milk. 1 or 2 parts of espresso. 4 shots espresso (or 1 1/3 cups regular coffee). 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup chocolate liqueur. 1 cup whipping cream.

Coffee and Coke Float. 1 cup of fresh brewed coffee. 1 ounce of cream. 2 teaspoons of sugar. 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Coca Cola, enough to top off. In a large mug, add coffee, cream and sugar and stir. Then add 1 scoop of ice cream and top off with Coca Cola to taste. A Coke float with coffee ice cream is the perfect summer treat for us coffee-lovers. The extra cream smooths out the bite of the cola. 2/3 cup light cream. 2 1/2 cups strong coffee. 4 scoops coffee ice cream. 1 bottle of Coke.

1 tablespoons freshly ground Mexican cinnamon. 1/2 cup Mexican brown loaf sugar, finely chopped. 8 thin strips orange zest. Place coffee and cinnamon in the coffee maker. Place the sugar in the empty pot of coffee maker. Brew the coffee. When brewing is complete, stir until well mixed. Place strip of orange peel in each filled mug of hot coffee.
