1000 miles eleven months in. December 2, 2016. February 8, 2017. After last month and achieving my 1000 miles for the year, November was a bit hit and miss. I managed to get a 10KM PB at Run with the Wind, but I also struggled to be motivated at all, as can be seen below. So it was a low mileage month, swings and roundabouts overall! Chest Presses – 5 in a row, 40kg weight. I have signed up for my first ever marathon and scared is an understatement. Once Henry VII’s favourite hunting spot, it’s now a nature reserve and one of the few places in London that you can feel well and truly wild. Wild deer roam, birds soar and bumble bees thrive.
