Friday, October 18, 2013. It has been a few weeks since I've written a Fitness Friday post. Unfortunately, there hasn't been a lot to tell. Over the month of September, I had rededicated myself. To my running goals, and put little things aside. To get my running game back on track. I was doing SO well! I ran extra hill repeats and speed intervals in my RunKNOX practices. I was determined to give it my all and hopefully get faster. It seemed to be working for awhile. And then my heel derailed everything.

Tuesday, 17 December 2013. Made a cherry cheesecake today using the cherries we picked from the farm on the weekend. I used the strawberry and sunflower cheesecake recipe from T he Green Kitchen. Cookbook but with some changes. I used 200g and two scotch finger biscuits). 2 tablespoons coconut oil. 300g of berries. Recipe called for frozen strawberries but I obviously used fresh cherries. Juice from half a lemon. Flatten the mix into a spring form cake dish and place in the fridge while making the filling.
