When I was being a ‘proper’ cook (ie paid) last year, my salad dressing was one of the things that would disappear faster than I could make it. So here’s the recipe. Red wine vinegar Olive oil Dijon mustard Sugar Salt and pepper Garlic. Into a clean bottle or jam jar, pour in one part red wine vinegar and three parts olive oil. Put the lid on tight and give it a really good shake to mix all the ingredients up.
