Tillreder man kaffe rätt så är det en underbar dryck. Den mest koncentrerade smaken blir det som espresso. Men det blir minst lika bra som aeropress, fransk press eller vanligt filterkaffe. Bara man har nymalda bönor och friskt vatten. Tyvärr finns det få ställen som man kan få riktigt gott kaffe. Det beror på sämre kvalitet och hantering av kaffet och att de slarvar med rengöring av maskinerna. 5 tecken på dåligt kaffeställe. 1 Portafiltren sitter ej i maskinen. 3 Ängröret är fullt av gamla mjölkrester.
