Just another WordPress.com weblog. Week 5 – Reflection. Chapter 7’s text has been a topic of controversy since about the mid 80’s; mostly with discipline. So how important IS. Do we really need as much peer contact as thought? As our society changes and our children learn to use what I term as “tele-interactiveness” (Current cable/satellite programs and Internet), I find that in my own household, my children can focus more on their own indio-synchronous interests and still be very sociable.
