Lørdag lagde jeg en deilig kyllingrett, oppskrift hentet fra United Arilines magasin! Utrolig rik på smak. Gjengir oppskriften her. Oslo, Ål, Voss, Spania og Budapest stod på programmet, og det ble vel en ferie som strengt tatt ikke kan kalles påskeferie. Fordi vi er i gang med oppussing på Voss, så ble det selvfølgelig noen dager der. Vi fikk inspisert huset, som var helt ugjenkjennelig, ikke mye igjen! Da er det ikke så verst å bo på hotell da, så får vi se hva det blir neste gang?

Det endelig målet denne dagen var Granada, men jeg ville gjerne bruke noen timer i Itrabo, fordi jeg har fulgt litt med på denne lille byen i det siste.
