Saturday, September 25, 2010. My Journey to a Healthy me. That was the first time I ever heard about the HCG Protocol, and it has been around for 50 years. I guess I wasn't ready until now. She told me about it and told me where to get it. Well I couldn't sleep so I got up to write this. I will keep you posted on how I am doing and maybe put some pictures on so you can see how I am doing. If you know me you know how big I got so hopefully you will be praying that this will be lifetime change.

Great nephew Gavin with his Christmas present from Great Aunt Connee. Cayla and her 2 boys, Barnabas and Levi. They all had a great time this Christmas Levi looks a lot like my Benjee.
