As I mentioned in the last post, I’m on a mission to do one new thing every day during the 40 day countdown to my 40th birthday. Day 40: A new lunchtime walk around campus. Nearly got attacked by geese, but had a lovely view of the lake. Day 39: Cartwheels across the backyard. Day 38: Homemade blackbean burger with a WAFFLE AS A BUN. Yes Yes. All the yeses in the world. Ate too much so a little indigestion was to be expected followed by a lengthy nap. Went through some playlists during the Holiday Day; Van Morrison. Fleetwood Mac, Red hot Chili Peppers, Foster The People, Super Heavy and Blitzen Trapper to name a few. There is a catch though, outside the “Made in China” part which I’ll explain later.
