The Tale of my scale. Monday, September 21, 2009. Beginning weight 167.3. Wk 1 weigh in 167.1. Wk 2 weigh in 165.8. Have officially lost 1.5 pounds! Not a ton, but I'll take it- slow and steady :). Plan for the day is to drop by M's school, head to the gym- home to shower and then either clean the house, make a menu for the week or take a nap! The Tale of my scale. Monday, September 14, 2009. Weekend and weigh in. The weekend was okay- well better than okay, I had a blast. Just okay as far as eating goes. 2 kid birthday parties, on Saturday I didn't even give my eating a second thought- hot dog, hamburger, salads and chips and then cake! Ofcourse not a bit of exercise was to be done either- go figure. Sunday on the other hand I ate only carrots, grapes, melon and popcorn at the party- not gonna sabotage myself the day before weigh in again!

The Tale of my scale. Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Wk #3- Monday and Tuesday! The past two days have been super productive days for me- just haven't had a moment to jump on here. I decided to go through my files and get rid of old papers/bills, etc. well I have bills and papers all the way back from 2000! Crazy- so am doing a LOT of shredding and sorting. The Tale of my scale. Thursday, September 17, 2009. Hmmmm the whole point of this thing here was for me to blog daily and keep myself accountable. So easy to fall into and out of habits! Not really, its just been a super busy week with Back to school nights, dance classes and girl scouts starting, etc. Just stuff but I am still doing good- still going strong. I will be good- totally motivated myself by going through all of my old/smaller cute clothes. I want to wear them and feel good about myself darn it! Wish me luck (again! The Tale of my scale. Sunday, September 20, 2009. Didn't do terrible, could've done better. Why is it that I am not able to exercise on the weekends? B homemade french toast with raspberry syrup- 410/17. L cooking light mac-n-cheese- 320/9. D weight watchers recipe macaroni and beef casserol- 380/13. B Cooking light recipe banana bread with olive oil spread- 230/9. L leftover mac n beef casserole- 380/13. Water not sure, but I know I drank a bunch! B Banana bread- 230/9. L Chili with cheese- 360/12.

The Tale of my scale. Friday, September 18, 2009. Real quick before dropping M at school am going to do a catch up of the past week! B/L I forgot breakfast again. yogurt, 1/2 cup granola, 1/4 cup raspberries- 400/7. D WAs really hungry! 2 helpings of cooking light mac-n-cheese- 640/20. Exercise 30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minute (5 mile) bike ride, upper body and ab weights. Don't really know, but know it was more than 50 ounces. B same thing- yogurt, granola, raspberries 400/7. Weekend and weigh in.
