Statement of Teaching Philosophy. Lesson Plans and Activities. Future Goals and Courses. Would we all get along? I realized on my first day as instructor that learning is an active process. Teaching a literature course is different in content but still does not affect my basic philosophy that learning requires active participation between both the teacher and the student.

My teaching responsibilities from 2003-2011 were as follows:. Spanish Elements I (Fall 2003) - average 17 students. Spanish Elements II (Spring 2004, Fall 2010) - average 17 students. Spanish Intermediate I (Fall 2004-Spring 2005) - average 17 students. Advanced Spanish I (Fall 2005, Spring 2008) - average 17 students.
