A blog of my natural hair journey. Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Day 14 of GHE Self Challenge. Last night I was lazy, but I won't be skipping my GHE anymore and that is a promise I intend to keep. Tonight I'm going to cowash and do my scalp scrub, and this weekend I'm going to do a protein treatment and deep condition. A blog of my natural hair journey. Thursday, June 13, 2013. I'm not even sure how many days I've been using the GHE method anymore. I suppose it's not really important though. I've been doing it for over a month now. Beyond that? I'm not so sure. The results have always been softer, moisturized hair and I'm also pleased to announce I no longer have the "finger in hair" habit. I've got a long way to go before I reach my goal length but I know patience is key and that I'll get there eventually.

Yesterday was a long day and I completely kept putting off the oiling process to do other things like laundry and steam cleaning the carpet.
