Developing Christ-Centered, Self-Sustaining Communities in Rural Africa. Saturday, March 28, 2015. 1Samuel 3:9 Speak Lord for your servant is listening! This verse is a great example of dialog with God, “Not monolog.” To many times we are quick to speak to God and not wait for Him to answer. Samuel replied to God’s call, "Speak Lord for your servant is listening.". This is something we are trying to be in the habit of doing. 8220;Listening to God”. As we stop and listen we hear the sound of a joyful noise.

Developing Christ-Centered, Self-Sustaining Communities in Rural Africa. Saturday, January 18, 2014. A Reason to Smile Again! Two weeks ago we shared with you about Yairei, who suffered from an uncomfortable and disfiguring growth behind his right ear. He needed to have surgery in a town about an hour away, at a cost of about $100 plus travel costs. Some of you responded to this need with financial gifts that enabled us to send Yairei for the surgery. This photo was taken before the surgery:.
