Thursday, August 22, 2013. Well guys, we've decided to finally join the blogging world. We realized that with having family and friends spread all over, we needed a way to keep everyone updated on our newly married life! With just finishing a stressful summer term, what did we do to celebrate? We went to Iowa! After taking all of our finals in one day, we hit the road early the next morning. Thirteen hours later, we were in Iowa! We also had a good friend, Taylor Atkinson, take some pictures for us!

After the reunion and Mapleton, we spent the day at Adventureland! It poured rain the first hour or so so we had to hang out inside. Then things got going. It actually turned out to be an awesome day! Kids loved it, Carrie, Tony and I loved it, Kayla loved it, Colby, Kelsi and Shae loved it! We loved the water rides! And the funner rides! Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Brent is still in that stage that he really could use a nap most days.but regular naps aren't happening. So instead we get to take some great pictures! You can bet he had a great design on his face. Anna had a silly hair day at school! Anna and Brent both didn't walk till after 1 so we were somewhat surprised when Clara was just over 11 months. For those of you who care, we went in for Brynlee's one year checkup today. Her stats are:. Weight - 21 lb 10 oz (upper 50th %). Height - 31 in (97th %). Head - 18 3/4 (97th %). She did really good this time. She usually is very shy with other people, but she did better. The shots were another story, but we made it. We finally switched carseats the other day and it was just in time (ours was rated until 30 inches). She's still rear facing, but her seat is like a fancy recliner.kind of ridiculous.
