Muscles, meat, and motherhood. Thin sliced flank steak. Frac12;-1 lemon juiced. Frac14; cup coconut aminos (or soysauce if you’re not going paleo/W30). In a pan heat up oil and add thin sliced meat, add coconut aminos or soysauce and lemon juice. Don’t have the heat to high, high heat toughens the meat.
