Let Me Be Candid. Free from reservation, disguise, or subterfuge; straightforward. Thursday, September 11, 2008. I pulled out my Mom's laptop,. Pulled up as usual. But today, a familiar image made news. How could I forget today is September 11? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Why is the grass greener? Race for the Cure. My diary of sorts. Let Me Be Candid: Confusing complexity

Let Me Be Candid. Free from reservation, disguise, or subterfuge; straightforward. Friday, September 12, 2008. I have this.friend. At some point I was completely lost trying to understand their soul. Who they were, weren't, etc. This I learned - you cannot truly know anyone wearing armor. That's why it's armor! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Why is the grass greener? Race for the Cure. Our Thoughts & Rambles: May 2010
http://hlheavner.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
May 25, 2010. I have a two week break between my Spring Semester and Fall Semester, so- Gerald decided to take a week off so that we would be able to spend it together! We debated on going on a couple of different trips but when it was all said and done we decided leaving home was to much work and we truly. Just wanted to RELAX! For the majority of the week we just stayed home but we did go on two fun day trips! He said to them, "come away by yourselves to a deserted place and rest awhile"." Mark 6:31.

Our Thoughts & Rambles: March 2010
http://hlheavner.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Mar 26, 2010. Over my Spring Break my "big" treat was going on the ACTS Retreat. At first I was REALLY nervous about going. I seriously- had ZERO idea as what to expect. But honestly even if I had known what to expect I could have never prepared myself for all of the very special and real feelings and experiences. That I brought home with me. My relationship with Christ was further developed in ways that I can NEVER write into words. It's my prayer that each one of you experience. Just a few pictures!

Our Thoughts & Rambles: Celebrating Gerald.
http://hlheavner.blogspot.com/2010/11/celebrating-gerald.html
Nov 21, 2010. Friday marked 24 years for Gerald. I am so proud of the places he has been and the places we will go together. I can't wait to see what God has in store for him in year 25. But as it is written: "What eye has not seen, and ear has not heard, and what has not entered the human heart, what God has prepared for those who love him," 1 Corinthians 2:9. Then we came home and were able to visit with George and Kaci for awhile. Today we have spent the day here at Grandma's. Gerald is working on...

Dec 30, 2009. Hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas! Ours was a little less sweet because we were missing two very special people. But still it was a sweet one!
