Further information on the person-centred approach can be found on the BAPCA (British Association for the Person-Centred Approach) website ( www.bapca.co.uk. Each session lasts for 50 minutes and takes place at an agreed time each week. At the start of each session I ask each person to identify any areas/ issues they would like to look at that session, and then we agree where to start.
