We had guests over, threw some chicken on the grill and needed a quick side. I opened my cabinet and found some beans and here it is! Now it is a staple all year round. 1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed. 3T fresh cilantro, chopped. 1/2 t kosher salt. 1/4 cup red onion, chopped. 3 T balsamic vinaigrette. Teaspoon ginger, grated.
