I made many friends and have learned countless amounts of information about fitness, health and nutrition. I started CrossFit unable to run a mile and I now have run up to 8 miles! Saturday is a free WOD with my old CF box and I am thinking about going. I haven’t seen some old friends in a while and that might be a good time to see them. That is if I don’t drink too much Friday night (tonight)! Hehe yes I drink, I don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned that on here before or not. I hope everyone enjoys their long weekend.

Just another WordPress.com weblog. My legs really hurt. I am super duper sore after Monday’s “two-a-day” and Tuesday’s WOD. You already know what Monday was (if you don’t refer to “I hate rowing” post), here’s what we did on Tuesday. 6 x 100m weighted sprints. 1:09 (i dropped the bag), :48, :48, :42, :44, :42. So as you can see, there has been some leg intensive wods and my legs are ready to fall off! First off I want to brag. I made paleo spaghetti this weekend and it was so awesome! 1000m Row; 4:27....

I signed up for this marathon in February and to say the least, training has not been going well and I’ve been resistant to the person who is trying to guide me through training. Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Where did all our chalk go? 6am CrossFit class WOD:. If you didn't notice that is two days of shoulder intensive stuff, and now I want to die. Really it was a good WOD, and I had fun working out with the 6am crowed. October 20, 2010 at 6:24 PM. Is a shake with chocolate mootopia, 1/2 banana and a heaping spoon of natural peanut butter paleo/zone? October 21, 2010 at 6:00 AM. Dont limit yourself to mono fats, there are advantages to all types of fat.except mcdonalds fat.
