My Life as Paleni: January 2003
http://paleni.blogspot.com/2003_01_01_archive.html
My Life as Paleni. Thursday, January 30, 2003. Did everyone watch the Superbowl? Well, the Superbowl was fun to watch. I didn't have any favorite. We had a large Peace Corps Superbowl party. Almost every volunteer was there. We lucked out. A bar, Otto's Reef, opened just for us to watch the game. The funny part was that the bar ran out of beer the night before, so they let us bring our own beer and food inside. Posted by Paleni at 9:14 PM. Links to this post. Friday, January 17, 2003. My Life as Paleni: November 2002
http://paleni.blogspot.com/2002_11_01_archive.html
My Life as Paleni. Friday, November 29, 2002. Nothing else special happened in the village. We're still doing training. We are practicing for our fiafia, which is a celebration of dance. We're going to put it on for the village when we leave in 2 weeks. Believe it or not, I'll be dancing. We'll be doing traditional Samoan dances. It should be fun. I don't think I'll be back in Apia until we're done with our village stay after 2 weeks. I'll give you an update when I get back. Posted by Paleni at 9:08 PM.

My Life as Paleni: April 2003
http://paleni.blogspot.com/2003_04_01_archive.html
My Life as Paleni. Monday, April 21, 2003. A funny thing that you wouldn't think you'd find in a Samoan village is a Sony Playstation and DVD player. Vic's family actually has these. I played a quick game of Syphon Filter on the Playstation and Shawn and I watched the Minority Report DVD one night. Posted by Paleni at 10:18 PM. Links to this post. Sunday, April 06, 2003. My Life as Paleni. Sunday, July 06, 2003. Happy (belated) July 4th! My camera isn't working, so if you want to see pictures, I'd recommend going to Andrew's website at http:/ www.americanidle.org/. He takes a metric butt-load of pictures. He also has a regularly updated blog. Post some comments on his site. He lives for it! Posted by Paleni at 10:22 PM. Links to this post. My Life as Paleni: March 2003
http://paleni.blogspot.com/2003_03_01_archive.html
My Life as Paleni. Friday, March 21, 2003. Since I've been gone a long time, here's what's been happening in the last month. Outside of work, I've just been hanging out on weekends, watching a bunch of movies and reading. I've started playing tennis a couple times a week with Shawn. He brought rackets from America and there is a tennis court at Samoa College, next door to Polytech. I've been getting most of my exercise by walking to work everyday and walking everywhere else. My Life as Paleni. Tuesday, February 18, 2003. Photos, V-day and Savai'i. Good news, everyone! I've finally posted some photos. Check them out here. I'll be updating them more often now, since I have access to a computer at work, so I'm using my digital camera. The current photos are of my family and my village and of my house in Apia. As for stuff that's been happening to me, everything interesting happened in the last week. Happy belated V-day to everyone! No actually, Bah Humbug! Monday and Tuesday of...
