Trying a (longer) Triathlon in Colorado! After completing my first Sprint Tri in July 2012 and a 1/2 marathon in October and this March, I am setting my sights on more triathlons this summer and my first Olympic distance! Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Close but no Cigar. So much to update on! The week leading up to the Bolder Boulder I was still feeling the effects of giving blood! Wanted to take it easy and only did a bit of the bike at the gym in addition to some weights. 3 miles @ 6.0 (10 min mile pace).
