http://hunyvillehappenings.blogspot.com/2012/07/trek.html
A journal of sorts, random thoughts, what we're up to. Sunday, July 15, 2012. A couple of weeks ago, I was privileged to be a ma for our stake's youth conference, a handcart pioneer trek. It was an amazing experience, full of challenges and learning to work together and spiritual experiences. On the last day, I asked most of my kids if they were glad that trek was so hard. They each gave me a resounding "YES! Here's a picture of Michael treking along. Here's a picture of my cute trek family. Hard working...

http://hunyvillehappenings.blogspot.com/2012/10/crazy-hair-day.html
A journal of sorts, random thoughts, what we're up to. Thursday, October 25, 2012. It was crazy hair day at the elementary school today. We got online and googled crazy hair day images. This is the one Abbie liked the best (it came from here. She was sooo excited to go to school! She said her hair looked. Like a truffela tree (her classroom is all Dr. Seuss). At the bus stop, cars kept honking at her and giving her the thumbs up sign. I love, love, love how much joy children get out of little things!

A journal of sorts, random thoughts, what we're up to. Monday, November 19, 2012. Book Review: Newport Ladies Book Club. Athena. I just finished the last installment of The Newport Ladies Book Club series: Athena. It grabbed me right from the first and I couldn't put it down. It was such a pleasant surprise to find that it was largely a romance novel, and just the kind I like, clean and sigh worthy. November 20, 2012 at 8:05 AM. Thanks so much for the review! So glad you enjoyed ATHENA :-).

A journal of sorts, random thoughts, what we're up to. Wednesday, January 11, 2012. In November, I spent one week in North Carolina with these people that I love and had a blast! Notice, the grandbaby is in every picture and it just did my heart good to spend some time with her- she's growing up sooo fast! I flew home for fourteen hours, loaded our old piano in the back of our Rav4- yes I did- and drove out to Utah. I spent five days with these people that I love. Sunday, January 8, 2012. This and my fam...

Yesterday at 7:45 #1 woke me up. This is a perfectly normal time for her. I got her out of her room, and brought her to the bed. She saw Hod and sweetly said, "Daddy shcleeping! I've always told her that I love to snuggle with her after she wakes up. She calls them huggles, and I think it is the cutest thing ever! How did that get there?

As soon as I can find the pictures, I will post details about our amazing Disneyland trip. That was awesome. Today's post? The radiologist looked at the x-rays and saw a nodule in his left lung. The doctor called us and told Hod to go to his primary doctor to get a CT scan referral. We thought about just letting it...
